In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "20win" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 20win.ws, operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence, together with its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and licensors.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a 20win account or who accesses the 20win platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the 20win website, mobile application, and any associated software, APIs, or services made available to Players.
• "Real-Money Account" means a registered 20win player account that has been funded with PKR and through which real-money wagers may be placed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by 20win under a current promotional offer.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the base currency of the 20win platform for all transactions with Pakistani players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal as real PKR funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks, proof-of-address verification, and source-of-funds enquiries, conducted by 20win in accordance with its licensing obligations.

By registering a 20win account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager — whether in a casino game, sports betting market, or any other product offered by 20win — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, or game-specific conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any 20win services. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access real-money gaming services on the 20win Platform, you must register a Player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 20win Platform at any time. If 20win determines that a single individual has opened or operates more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household IP address — 20win reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
2. Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20win account credentials, including your password. 20win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Account Sharing: Your 20win account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not share access to your account with any third party, including family members. Any wagers placed through your account are your sole responsibility regardless of who physically placed them.
5. Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 20win reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which are available from the support team.

20win operates a strict minimum age policy. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a real-money account and participate in any gambling activity on the Platform. Players aged between 18 and 20 may not access real-money products regardless of the legal gambling age in their local jurisdiction.

As part of its KYC obligations under its gaming licence, 20win may request one or more of the following documents from any registered Player prior to processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, NICOP, or passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the account (e.g., a screenshot of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing the account holder's name);
• Source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or cumulative account activity above a threshold set by 20win's compliance team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 20win may result in temporary account restriction and suspension of withdrawal processing until documentation is received and verified.

All financial transactions on the 20win Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 20win supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 20win PKR balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. 20win does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Players whose KYC has not been completed may not submit withdrawal requests. Once a withdrawal request is submitted and approved, funds are typically credited to the Player's registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet within one (1) business day, and to registered bank accounts within two (2) to three (3) business days. 20win reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where enhanced due diligence is required.

• Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, except where that method does not support reverse transactions, in which case an alternative method may be used at 20win's discretion.
• 20win reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, which are displayed in the Player's account cashier section at all times.
• Any withdrawals where the source of funds cannot be verified may be delayed or withheld pending compliance review.

20win offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions tied to PSL and international fixtures. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's page expressly states otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real PKR funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion's page.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Wagering Requirements that are not met within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
4. Bonus Abuse: 20win reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably believes a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing wagers that do not reflect genuine gaming activity for the purpose of satisfying Wagering Requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may only participate in one active bonus offer at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before a current bonus has been completed or expired will result in the current bonus being forfeited.

All games available on the Platform are independently certified for fairness and Random Number Generator (RNG) accuracy by recognised third-party testing laboratories.

20win is not responsible for interruptions to individual game sessions caused by the Player's internet connection, device malfunction, or power failure. In the event of a game session being interrupted due to a technical fault on 20win's servers, any pending wagers at the time of the interruption will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's applicable technical rules, and where possible the session will be restored to its last valid confirmed state.

The 20win sportsbook covers a wide range of sports including cricket (PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 fixtures), football, tennis, and UFC, among others. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• Odds: All odds displayed on the 20win sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager regardless of any subsequent movement in the market.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected fixtures. 20win reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during stoppages in play, weather delays, or where market integrity cannot be guaranteed. Bets placed and confirmed before a market suspension stand at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where the event to which they relate is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without a rescheduled date being set within a specified timeframe. Voided bets are returned to the Player's PKR balance at the original stake amount.
• Maximum Winnings: 20win reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual markets and on cumulative winnings per day or per event. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant market where applicable.
• Integrity: Any bet placed on an event where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt conduct may be withheld pending investigation by the relevant sporting authority or 20win's own integrity team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 20win Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Platform software or game logic for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Placing wagers with knowledge of insider information relating to the outcome of a sporting event;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 20win support staff or other Players on any Platform feature that involves interaction.

All content on the 20win Platform — including but not limited to its software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, data compilations, and game assets — is the intellectual property of 20win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 20win Platform without express prior written consent from 20win. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 20win, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Losses resulting from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 20win's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Any third-party claims arising out of the Player's use of or conduct on the Platform.

In no event shall 20win's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 20win account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20win is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications that alert you when your gaming session has reached a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

Players may request the closure of their 20win account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a closure request, 20win will confirm receipt and initiate the closure process. Any real PKR balance remaining in a closing account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

20win reserves the right to close or suspend any Player account without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• 20win has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• The Player's account has been inactive for the dormancy period specified in Section 3;
• 20win is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by 20win for breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned.

20win collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a 20win account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

Personal data collected by 20win is used for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where consent has been given, for marketing communications. 20win will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required.

20win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 20win will provide notice to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which 20win holds its internationally recognised gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and 20win in connection with these Terms, the Player is encouraged in the first instance to contact the 20win support team to seek an informal resolution.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body specified by 20win's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
